1. Commercial Agreement & Scope of Services
Mimshach Technologies Enterprise executes business systems design, custom software development, cybersecurity assessments, and digital growth services under structured, signed commercial contracts with milestone-based payment schedules.
2. Free System Audit Engagements
The 30-minute Free System Audit offered on this platform provides preliminary diagnosis of operational bottlenecks. Participation does not create a binding development obligation until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) is mutually executed.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly agreed in a custom Enterprise Transfer agreement, custom client systems are licensed for operational use upon full milestone payment settlement.
4. Governing Law
These terms and all related client agreements are governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Cameroon, with dispute resolution conducted through structured arbitration in Yaoundé or Douala.
