Position Overview
We integrate cutting-edge Google Gemini models and automated webhook pipelines to streamline intake, CRM responses, document extraction, and WhatsApp-driven business intelligence. Join our AI engineering track.
Key Responsibilities
- Build robust integration pipelines connecting Google Gemini API with internal CRM, chat consoles, and customer portals.
- Develop intelligent document parsing algorithms to ingest paper receipts, invoices, and school transcripts into digital records.
- Build multi-turn WhatsApp conversational assistants for automated parent and customer inquiries.
- Monitor prompt performance, token costs, hallucination guardrails, and latency metrics.
What We Look For
- Proficiency in Python and/or PHP with hands-on experience using LLM APIs (Gemini, Claude, OpenAI).
- Strong background in API architecture, webhook handling, and asynchronous job queues.
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures is a strong advantage.
