Position Overview
Mimshach Technologies builds sovereign operating systems that manage school records, microfinance ledgers, and clinic operations with zero tolerance for downtime or data corruption. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Full-Stack Architect to lead core software design and cloud resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design robust, scalable Laravel backend architectures, database schemas, and microservice APIs.
- Implement cryptographic audit trails, tamper-proof ledgers, and high-security role-based access controls.
- Lead performance optimization, query profiling, caching strategies (Redis), and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineering talent and conduct rigorous peer code reviews.
What We Look For
- 5+ years deep experience with modern Laravel, PHP 8+, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and Linux server orchestration.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontends (Vue, React, or advanced Blade/Alpine/Tailwind).
- Proven experience with financial ledgers, audit systems, or high-volume transactional platforms.
- Familiarity with Docker, automated testing (PHPUnit/Pest), and zero-downtime deployments.
